Functions and Characteristics
- A vertical-type hopper with a relatively high feeding speed, suitable for high-speed operation and mass-production lines.
- The fibers pass through the rotary damper and are evenly distributed in the Upper Box. When the two-stage feed rollers compress the fibers, they are opened by the Beater Pin Roller and dropped into the Vibration Room.
- The fibers in the Vibration Room are maintained at a uniform density, minimizing weight variation and ensuring optimal feeding to the Carding Machine.
