Functions and Characteristics
- The compressed web delivered from the web feeder undergoes primary needle punching, binding the fibers and forming a nonwoven fabric with uniform thickness.
- The bearing housing supporting the crankshaft is simultaneously machined, ensuring optimal concentricity for high-speed needle punching.
- The drive mechanism is available with either Oil or Grease lubrication.
