We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email-harvesting programs or any other technical devices. Please be advised that violations may be subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)

① No person shall collect email addresses from an internet website where an intention to refuse the collection of email addresses is explicitly stated, by using a program that automatically collects email addresses or any other technical device.
② No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph (1).
③ No person shall use, for the purpose of transmitting information, email addresses whose collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited under Paragraphs (1) and (2), with knowledge that such email addresses are prohibited.
